Finally got my pics uploaded from my camera , so here is a birthday card I made for one of my TOPS pals . I used DCWV textured CS for the card base and the layer under the dotted paper , then used a faux flower from Dollar Tree and the scallop punch from Stampin' Up! , along with a stamp from So Many Scallops stamp set stamped with Perfect Plum .Hope you like it ! Have a great day !Watch for some blog candy coming sometime next week !

Birthday Flower for a TOPS Pal !
